TERMS OF SERVICE

 

PREPPING FOR THE APPOINTMENT​

Please arrive wearing clothing without a hood or a turtle neck.

Please remove long or dangling earrings and necklaces.

Please arrive with clean, freshly shampooed dry hair with no stylist product, oils,  or treatment on the hair for any color, extension, or bridal service.

Please note that pearls are permanently stained by hair dye.

 

PAYMENT

Both salons accept all major credit cards,  debts, APPLE, and GOOGLE pay.

The NYC salon online book system accepts AFTERPAY payment for services amounting to $175. +

​

PETS

​

No pets are permitted at the  NYC salon.

​

CHILDREN

Let’s face it, a salon is a dangerous place for kids. We work with very sharp scissors, extremely hot irons, and not to mention, different types of chemicals. We care about the safety and well-being of your child as much as you do when they are in the salon.

 

NYC SALON has a no-children policy for the safety of the children. (sorry, I don't make the rules.)

JERSEY CITY SALON only allows children that are being serviced, any additional children can not be allowed to roam free about the salon, they must stay seated in the waiting area with an adult supervising.

COVID & ILLNESS

If you or anyone in your household feels sick, please reschedule your appointment until you get tested.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.

All staff members are fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19, in addition to wearing a mask while in the salons.

​

We disinfect and sanitize in between clients all touch points, furniture, and tools as well as spray alcohol in the air.

Masks are optional for you.

STUDIO & SALON POLICY​

Booking appointments:

By appointment only, I'm currently not taking walk-ins.

​

If you are late, it may be necessary to reschedule. I will do my best to accommodate you, but I usually book out 2 weeks in advance on non-holiday seasons,  the only option would be to get on the waiting list.

​

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW

Please allow a minimum of 24-hour notice (that means the day before your appointment) for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.  All appointments canceled after this period are subject to a cancellation fee for missed time, Your appointment retainer will be used as the cancellation fee.

I understand emergencies arise and life happens. Please inform me ASAP.

Do your best to be on time. I try my best to be on time!

GRATUITY

Gratuity  CAN NOT BE INCLUDED in your CC transaction.

I'm not taking Venmo at this time.

​ADJUSTMENTS/REFUNDS

There are no refunds on products or services.

I strive to offer my clients the highest level of guest satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of the original service so I can offer a solution, I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere or yourself, but still let me know and we will get you to where you want to go together!

COLOR FORMULAS

All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of the salons.

​

​

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK

Attempting to dispute your services charges will result in the salon filling and pressing charges for theft of services and a warrant will be issued against you.
