COVID19 NYS MANDATE FOR SALONS

 

All clients must wear a disposable mask to enter the building and while receiving services.

Clients must use hand sanitizer as soon as they enter the studio.

Please arrive wearing clothing without a hood or a turtle neck.

Please remove long or dangling earrings and necklaces before entering the studio.

Please arrive with clean, freshly shampooed hair with no stylist product or treatment on the hair.

No pets or children are allowed on your appointment visit to limit exposure.

If you or anyone in your household feels sick, please reschedule your appointment until you get tested.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.

And remember this is not forever.

All staff members are fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid19, in addition to wearing a mask while in the salons.

We disinfect and sanitize in between clients all touchpoints, furniture, and tools as well as spraying alcohol in the air.

Booking appointments

Appointments only, currently not taking walk-ins.

If you are late, it may be necessary to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations and no-shows

Please allow a minimum of 24-hour notice to any changes or cancellations to your appointment.  All appointments canceled after this time period are subject to a cancellation fee for missed time, Your appointment retainer will be used as the cancellation fee.

I understand emergencies arise and life happens. Please inform me ASAP.

I'm not taking Venmo or Zelle at this time

There are no refunds on products or services.

I strive to offer my clients the highest level of guest satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of the original service so I can offer a solution, I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere, but still let me know and we will get you to where you want to go together!
