Covid19 NY state mandate
All clients must wear a disposable mask to enter the studio and while receiving services.
clients must wash their hands as soon as they enter the studio.
limit the amount items brought with you into the salon(yourself, phone, and payment method).
please arrive wearing clothing without a hood or a turtle neck.
Please remove long or dandling earning and necklaces before entering the studio.
please arrive with clean freshly shampooed hair with no stylist product or treatment on the hair.
No pets, children or other guests allowed on your appointment visit to limit exposure.
unfortunately at this time, we will not be allowed to serve refreshments or allowing outside beverages or food in the studio, as you must wear a mask while inside the studio the whole time no exceptions.
payment will be electronically either prepaid or Zelle, Venmo, or pre-paid before your arrival on the online booking system if don knows what to book fill out the consultation form.
If you or anyone in your household is feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment until you get tested.

Appointments only, I'm currently not taking walk-ins.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are late it may be necessary to reschedule. I will do my best to accommodate you.
chemical treatments, color, bridal & extensions service are required a 50% retainer of total services to book the appointment, the retainer will be added toward your final payment at check out.
Cancellations and no-shows
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice to any changes or cancellations to your appointment. All appointments canceled after this time period are subject to a 50% charge for missed services, the retainer will be considered as the cancellation fee.
I understand emergencies arise and life happens. Please inform me ASAP.

Zelle or Venmo
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards must be present at the time of service.
We accept major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle & cash tender
there are no refunds for services or products.
Adjustment or fixes must be reported within 72 hrs. I want to make you completely satisfied, but I have to know about the issue and schedule the followup work within a few days of your initial visit.
Buyer's remorse or deciding to completely change the service does not qualify as an adjustment/fix.
The studio is a cozy small space that aims to offer our clients a laid back and relaxing atmosphere. Because of this, safety and insurance liability reasons we strongly discourage children under the age of 13 in the salon with the limited exception of nursing infants.
