I put together this form to help tailor your services to fit your needs. We should use this form if this is your first time doing color with me, have not had color services done in greater than 5+ months, or look to do a significant change or corrections.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to provide the best possible scheduling options, I do require 24-hour rescheduling or cancellation notice. APPOINTMENTS require a $25.-$50 retainer fee to hold the date for a first-time color appointment. This fee will be credited at check out. Should you cancel in less than 24 hours, the fee will be used as your cancellation fee.

SERVICE RE-DO POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit. I'm happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.There is no refund on products or services.
