SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit. I'm happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. 
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges within  7 days from your initial purchase. There is no refund on products or services. Please select below if you agree to these terms and would like to continue with services today.

 FUTURE APPOINTMENT BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests,  APPOINTMENTS scheduling will require a $50.00 retainer fee to hold the appointment date and time. The fee will apply to your service at check out.
I do require a 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hours notice, the retainer fee will be applied as your cancellation fee.
