Please read booking protocol before booking, if this is your first time having a color with me, curly cut, want a color change had not done color with me for 6 months or are unsure what to book, please fill out the general form or color form and will get back to you with pre-consultation email.
ARRIVING AT THE SALON
I want your experience at the studio to be as pleasant and relaxing as possible, so please allow time to find parking, account for traffic and subway delays.
I ask all clients to arrive up to 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you're late, we may have to cancel your appointment. Please refer to our Studio Policies for more information on tardiness.
A consultation aid in assessing your hair and scalp needs, and overall style and health goals and desires for your hair. Consultations are performed at the beginning of your service appointment. I ask that all new clients fill out our New Client Consultation Form prior to scheduling an appointment. For new and existing clients desiring hair color, completion of our Color Consultation Form is required.
HAIR COLOR PREP
All color clients must shampoo and conditions prior to your appointment using a clarifying or deep cleansing shampoo is preferred(you may shampoo the night before but not day of). Heavy products, dirt, and oils tend to build upon the hair and may affect the results of your color service. If you are getting scheduled for a curly cut you should follow these directions as well, arriving in failure to clarified and hair may result in to add on a Hair Color Prep or Hair & Curl Detox service.
